    Our staff are carefully hired after two interviews and a successful screening of their work experience as well as personal, work and criminal reference checks. More than half our staff have their Early Childhood Education Certification, while others may be completing their certification through continuing studies.

    Training opportunities and workshops are offered frequently for staff. Behaviour Management Monitoring Techniques for each staff is completed monthly, to ensure that proper procedures are used. Yearly evaluations for staff include feedback from parents and other staff members to ensure that each staff is given fair, accurate feedback on the care they are providing. Each year we provide First Aid and CPR training to staff and any parents that wish to be included.
    		 
    Tiny Tim Developmental School Inc. is a licensed child care serving Brampton, Georgetown, and Milton Ontario, Canada. The child care offers infant, toddler, preschool and both junior and senior kindergarten programs. Founded in 1974, the daycare fully integrates children with special needs.
