Pencil it in…

• November 8th-Family Photo Day.  Our wonderful class photographer will be coming here on Saturday to take family photos.  No need to go to the hectic mall to get your Christmas Family Photo done!  She provides many options such as seasonal backdrops for your Christmas greeting cards, as well as a plain back drop.  Sign up sheet will be posted by the sign in table.  Each family will be given a 15 minute time slot.  Please ensure you are here on time.
• November 14th -Parent Appreciation Snack.  Grab a little something to start your day off right!  Coffee and Tea will be located in the Staff room out of reach from little hands.  Please drop by and help yourselves.  We thank you all for all your support!  Have a Super Day
• November 18th- Parent Teacher Interviews.  Sign up if you wish to speak to your child’s teacher to see how he/she is developing in our program.  This is a great opportunity to find our about their cognitive, social/emotional, self-help, fine motor, gross motor and language skills.  Each parent(s) get a 15 minute session.  Staff may need to rearrange times (with notice given) to ensure they do not have gaps between interviews. 
• December 10th – Christmas concert- 5:30-6:30 @ John Elliot Theatre; Jk & Sk @7:00-8:00

Coming Soon…

• Tickets for the Winter Concert will be sold during the month of November.  Signs will be posted shortly.  Each ticket is $5.00 with a limit of 2 per family (to ensure Mom and Dad get one).  We will put your name on a waitlist for more if needed.  All waitlist tickets will be up for sale by November 19th on a first come/first serve basis.  Only tickets paid for will be reserved.  Please pay the office to obtain your ticket.  If the office is closed, you may give it to your child’s teacher in an envelope with your child’s name on it, which they can hand in to the office.  When you pick your child up your tickets will be in your child’s cubby or with their teacher.  Remember all babies need a ticket as well!
• Letters regarding the concert day will be sent out soon.
• Santa is coming to visit!  He’ll be taking his photo with the children on December 9th.

Don’t forget…

• It’s getting colder out, so bring in those gloves, hats, scarves and splash pants!
• You will soon have to take off your indoor shoes b/c snow will be falling soon.  To keep our floors safe and dry we ask each of you to take off your wet shoes

Gratitude!

Thank you for making our fall fundraiser a great success!  We are still calculating our final total but it is over $1600.00!  Hooray!

We would also like to thank you for making our Dress Up Dress Down Day a fun fundraiser for the hospital.  Thanks for caring and giving!  We really enjoyed the Independent coming to take our photo!
